We work with leadership teams at crucial moments for their organization’s future. We clarify the necessary choices and the responsibility for them, so that direction is once again visible in decision making and collaboration. Our interventions are short, sharp, and lead to visible (and tangible) progress in trust, focus, and results.
What's unique about our approach?
What's unique about our approach?
Starting at the core We highlight and strengthen what’s already working well and break through what’s currently blocking you. Not at the periphery, but at the core of decision-making and collaboration. By clarifying expectations, roles, and responsibilities, we restore energy and create movement where it’s been stalled.
Inspire and realize together The leadership team is actively involved in shaping a shared vision for the future. This makes existing tensions discussable and translates them into concrete choices and actions. In doing so, we focus not only on visible factors, but also on the underlying dynamics that drive collaboration and results.
Noticeable improvements Direction without energy remains theory. Energy without direction becomes noise. We bring both together in visible and tangible improvements in decision-making and collaboration.

Illustration of our work with a retail company
In a retail organization where the relationship between management and union representatives had been stuck for years, the leadership team lacked clear mandate and direction. By jointly making visible what was undermining collaboration and clearly identifying where movement was possible, ownership was restored within the executive committee. Customer focus ceased to be a slogan and became visible in decisions and initiatives on the shop floor.
How do we work?
Phase 1
Analysis and focus
A concise and pragmatic first step to gain a clear understanding of what’s working today, what’s hindering things, and where the greatest opportunities for improvement lie. We listen, analyze interactions and decision-making, and clarify patterns that hinder progress. Where useful, we leverage AI to identify where the organization is under pressure and to determine where a small intervention can make the greatest difference. The result is a concise and concrete report outlining the next steps that will have the highest impact.
Phase 2
Anchoring priorities and choices
The leadership team takes shared responsibility for the current challenges, the desired development of the organization, and the willingness to support this development together. We clarify the necessary choices, who will bear them, and the behaviors required. This is the turning point: direction is translated into concrete decisions, shared ownership, and visibly different actions.
Phase 3
Targeted support
After this initial joint initiative, we’ll assess what further support is needed to sustainably anchor the chosen direction. This can include targeted team guidance, developing new collaborative patterns, individual leadership coaching, or facilitating crucial decision-making moments. Always compact, always temporary, always focused on autonomy and increased impact.
