We share our findings through a presentation and report. Because we work with a focused, compact team and move quickly by nature, one month is sufficient for this phase.

Building on the analysis, we work towards a concrete solution: a different way of working, a new product, or an entirely new strategy. Because our scope goes broader and deeper than conventional approaches, our solutions are also more powerful. When the situation calls for it, we do not shy away from disruption. One month is sufficient.

Phase 3

Implementation and embedding

A strong recommendation is the starting point, not the endpoint. We translate the chosen solution into a concrete action plan with clear steps, ownership and timing. We then guide the execution: following up, course-correcting and ensuring that the change takes genuine hold in the organisation, not just on paper. The duration of implementation depends on the complexity involved.
